It’s just a town where we all come together to live. No one really runs it, we just like run it together. Everyone can come up with rules for their own house. Then everyone respects everyone else outside so the only time outside you not be able to smoke is if you are near someone who don’t wanna smell it. Then you just respectfully go some place over away from them to do it really quick.
