The AI of the Latin Empire decided to fight a bigger army and got fucking rekt badly. Now with their decimated forces I literally have zero way of losing this unless I just piss it away.

It always looks confusing on first glance. Really it helps to just think of it like Good Guys vs Baddies, that's basically what is. Either you are a baddie and need to pretend you're not, or you need to try to figure out who's bad (I'm bad at this part!) If you ever played Among Us, that shares some similar elements.
