Yeah but lego has to pay for other licensed products so they'd charge more for those, like star wars and stuff

Some of the architecture ones are expensive af tho and those should be free for them to make too lol

Yea that... I remember how ridiculous expensive the Spongebob sets were when they came out. They had a good amount of special pieces, but still.
