It is one of the early things you learn in Constitutional Law, and I even learned it in Political Science undergrad. I honestly WISH that it was taught decently well to people. Hell there are people who have tried to "plead the fifth" here (We don't have it) then talk about gun rights (we don't have them in terms of what they think it means) Legit because we have so much media from the US and our countries are relatively similar, there are things which people get confused with so easily from the States.

This is why we have you guys around though to help us out, least the nice lawyers (even if they're forcing their poor precious pokemon to fight horrible battles!)
