I was on fine with that. Sting was Wolfpac and Sting represented WCW and Triple H the WWE.

I mean, by 1998 the PPVs were billed as WCW/nWo.

And By 1999+ they stopped pretending to be a different company.

Sting and Nash were pretty close friends in kayfabe.

So it was a good way to do WCW vs WWF and nWo vs DX. The match was doing both and Sting was technically an nWo member.

As weird as that was in 1998. That is still a huge moment in my childhood.
