In a scenario where a person can carry him to a great match, I most certainly agree. It's not that he's bad, he just needs a really, really good opponent to bring out the best in him.
In my younger days I woulda been the first person to scream about how Cena had no talent. But I respect the hell out of the guy now and he has a lot of matches that are among my favorites ever.
I never cared for Cena in the ring until 2011. Him and Punk killed it and then Cena had good matches in his US open challenges, with Rusev, Daniel Bryan, Brock Lesnar, etc. But, I'm not high on him as everyone knows.
