What's the appeal of the XFL over the NFL even

Different rule set, game clock kept moving, making the games faster, kick offs were far safer, using a 5-yard halo rule, field goals were kept but extra points used a 2-yard, 5-yard, or 10-yard play for 1, 2, or 3 points respectively.

There's a common misconception that in order to be competitive you have to have NFL caliber players. This just isn't true. If you have an interesting playbook, quality players all around, and a ruleset that complements the style of game you want to give, then you can easily be alongside CFL for competition and have a prime spot.

Every other sport has either a farm/minor league system, I don't get why Football is basically the only one that doesn't. Its either College or NFL for some people and its like give it a chance guys.
