Basically, Forrest just runs around chasing you throughout the mansion, and you can't attack him in any way, or use defensive items, otherwise, he blows up and you lose the game. Real Survival also turns off the universal item boxes, meaning each item box is separate from one another

I hated that after you beat the game with both characters you can’t turn this off.

TBF, it's not like Forrest is impossible to get around, you just have to reroute yourself and it encourages on the fly thinking

yeah, he’s pretty easy. my only problem was when he’s off camera and i shoot at a zombie or something and hit him on accident
