KIF said in anarchy there would be lots of crimes; I merely pointed out that not much would actually change if there was anarchy. Crime will still happen whether there's a government or not. Him saying I said "if there's crime it's anarchy", that's fucking bullshit and he knows it.

KIF arguing that crime would spike I don't agree with. The major difference in an anarchy, or a non-government society is that there would be no justice system, meaning crime stays the same, but there's no repercussions for it, allowing people to just do it again.

Exactly what my point is. Criminals will still be criminals regardless if there's a government or not. It doesn't fundamentally change anything.

A dole for food would go a long way. You take the poorest citizens of a nation and you give them free food monthly (not in the form of food stamps, but like actual bread, meat, canned goods), and you take care of them as a government.
