When I say close to death I mean ROH is no longer profitable. They can't even draw 200 people to their biggest show of the year. Yes, ROH itself won't technically go under since Sinclair is a multi-million/billion dollar media company and they just needs ROH for TV content, but you know what I mean.

Even WCW didn't actually die. Their ratings were better than Impact could hope for and their attendance was miles better than ROH. Their parent just didn't want to pay for it anymore. So it's really just up to how long a parent wants to carry it. I honestly think Sinclair should take NWA's lead and to studio tapings since they just want a TV show.
