I thought san andreas had the best "leveling system" out of all of them too

Vice City characters look a bit weird but the scenary is great. To me it looks like they've at least been working on it, clearly not just a port over again. Very happy about that, people were expecting GTA 5 graphics but that was unrealistic.

Yea apparently it's going to have GTA 5 style controls which will make a massive difference with these games. Cars used to tip over all the time in Vice City
