Afghanistan harbored, aided and provided sanctuary to the Taliban in 2001. We should have rolled the dice and DECLARED WAR (legally, through Congress) on the NATION of Afghanistan. And we should have committed to a FULL mobilization of 50% of our active forces: so 500k Troops on the ground, and not accepted anything but total surrender and complete victory.
