delayed pain, no pain killers. It didn't hurt when it happened. My hands just ducking cramped n my knuckles r cruchcged up n yea in getting a bit if shooting pain now

I took some advil but I think it's mostly tightness n massive discomfort so idk if it's doing much. Just gonna have to adjust to it I think
