At the same time I don't like the "Feedback for Feedback" thinking a lot of people have.

Oh yeah, there was a guy on there that basically was like "If you review my show, I'll read yours" I was like

I'd rather have one person giving me feedback on my BTB without me giving them feedback on theirs beforehand, than 10 people giving me feedback, just because I gave all of them feedback. ... that just feels like they "had to", which is the wrong way, imo

I get asked for more feedback when I like posts sometimes and I'm like I would have given more thoughts if I had any besides "fun show I liked it" I don't think about stuff too hard when I'm reading along lol

If it feels like a chore for either side it definitely feels like you're doing it for the wrong reasons for sure. Sometimes I lurk the BTB threads on here but not sure if I'm knowledgeable enough to give feedback and don't just want to say 'Good show'
