Feel like it's rare for most shows to end at the right time unfortunately. Breaking Bad is one of the ones that managed to do it.

MASH also ended at the right time. It was getting very stale by the end of it and the final two episodes were just the perfect ways to end it.

Yeah, shows tend to stick around a season or 2 longer then they should. Parks and Recs and Schitt's creek also had good final seasons
