Not to jack off Tony because he has a rich dad or whatever, but I think he understands that some acts don't need the belt. And Bray would be in that category. Depending on the nature of his character, of course. But, when your gimmick is supernatural/mythical/mysterious.... most of the time, you don't need the belt of that person.
