WWE is trying to relive the glory days by bringing in old wrestlers to wrestler again, Goldberg taking down the fiend was a joke. Also paying these guys millions to wrestle once a year is bad as well. They keep forgetting that in the attitude era they didn't bring in old wrestlers to ply for the belt, they used the actual talent to fight for it
