but i still find the chatbox itself and the post boxes too bring

im just not sure how to fix the brightness in new mode outside of making the outside color slightly darker grey and maxing the chatbox itself a tiny bit grey to make it pop. i had some ideas though i just need to not be at work and take screenshots of the new stuff

but yeah the only things that look weird in dark mode is the font colors it seems, and thats due to the dark blue backround im assuming

I'm so happy to hear that because the plan to make it the primary skin really soon and I'll be retiring the others. Having one will be much easier for updating it and making sure everything works right. I'm pretty sure most of the dark styles have issues with them because I never use them so I never notice what's broken.

New Smarks After Dark is perfect please never drop it

That was the plan. It's impossible to design color to work for two different opposing style colors.

yeah thats what i use as well. i personally still think it rules and I dont really care about the legacy black usernames or the changing what things look like. but its not my website. personally id still just like to have that option even if doesnt have some of the new designs.

Yeah, I try to tell people when their title choices look weird on the light styles.

Can you change it to a better blue? If you have time of course.

The second decade one im looking at it now it runs slow not exactly fan of the white red glow hurts the eyes

I'd probably keep one of the dark ones for sure, but I think this is a good primary skin. It has a modern/professional look whilst retaining what I love about forums.

I mean I might, but the whole reason I toned down the brightness is so dark style users would use it.

I did love using Smarks After Dark but I think it does have some problems, right? I liked the colour scheme of it anyways.
