Yeah I realise it's not worth letting people like that bring you down. I started going in with a list and know where everything I want is so I can get in and out as fast as possible.

I do this and I don't even have anxiety lol just don't like wasting time at places. I make my list on the kroger app and it tells you what aisle things are on so I know where everything is

I don't know why I give a shit in the supermarket but I always think people are judging what is in my trolley. Just weird anxiety stuff. I stopped caring as much when I realise I never look at what other people are buying, so they likely don't either.

I get that feeling. Once I was basically "judged" by a female cashier at the supermarket, because I bought some shower gels that were not those typical "For Men" ones... fuck her and society for thinking only women should want to smell like limes and mint.

Oh yeah, i hate that. Self scanning tills can help to eliminate that which I've started to do more lately. Literally every time the cashier scans something I dread it.

Do you guys have grocery pickup across the pond? If you're buying like $30 worth of stuff they'll pick it out for you and you go sit in hour car while they bring it out

My old town didn't get it until COVID by necessity but other places already had it
