originally I think it was 7.99 then it went to 9.99 and 12.99. the regular HD plan is 14.99 I believe right now.

at that point i'd just take the money and get disney+ and watch shit is HD and 4K.

Still, you can have like 4-5 streaming services and still be cheaper than some pay for cable. My parents just recently cancelled their cable because they were paying $280 a month for cable/internet.
