He's a serial killer from Alaska who set up a bunch of kill-caches, like a bucket of tools throughout the entire US and possibly Canada so that he could kill on the fly. He was arrested for killing this one lady and falsifying the fact she was alive by using her corpse as ransom. He killed himself and unfortunately a *lot* of murders that are thought to be caused by him, can't be linked to him anymore.
