He was betting odds favorite going into the match. I've been calling for a singles push for months upon months. And his name is Etorre

The matches weren't anything special... they were good MITB matches, but yea, I don't think there were any spots they didn't do a couple of times already... and the women's one had some very slow-looking, kinda botchy stuff, but... it was what it was. Nothing great, nothing really bad.

I don't think MITB matches are exclusively for having obvious Main Event potential guys winning it. I think they'll more and more go down the road of having some more surprising wins in the future and give some people transitional title runs

Which is simply stupid in my eyes... it's the same argument that former World Champs shouldn't hold secondary titles... that is just a very simplistic, blind look onto it
