I was watching episodes of Supershow. It would go to ads and fast forward around 45 seconds. And if you tried to rewind it would go back to the commercial.

so basically, i had the wwe network for 9.99 a month to watch the ppv and now it's 4.99 a month so that's a pretty good deal if you don't give a shit about the rest of the content

They do commercials during ppv as well. Sometimes up to a minute.
