If you laugh at racist jokes are you racist? A lot of people like South Park that literally exists to make fun of every culture out there but that doesn't mean people dislike those cultures

I'm just bringing up a point. There's so much racist comedy out there that people laugh at that it may be hard to determine who actually isn't a racist and who isn't. So do we just ban every show? We ban South Park, Family Guy, American Dad, etc
