I'd say 1997 Luger was getting massive pops. That to me was peak.

Luger was also around Nash a lot and Hall, too, and Sting liked his stuff, so I'm sure he picked it up being around a huge drug culture.

Yeah Sting was on drugs for awhile, too. I remember reading how Luger was with Liz and he made her hide in a closet for several hours cause his kid randomly came to his apartment.

Sting actually took 6 months off in late 1998 into 1999 to get clean for his marriage.
