probably have to present reasonable doubt which is easy if you don't take any tests. I mean sure he was going 100 miles per hour and driving erratically.

Any lawyer will tell you to refuse the breathalyzer, but I also heard sometimes they don't hold up in court as well.

In my state they threw out 3 years worth of breathalyzer convictions because they said the machines were faulty
