Well they also somewhat "cheating" the system too. They like 18 million over the cap, they abused a loophole to sign 3xtra players cuz one guy was on injured reserve n he magically got better right af the start of the playoffs (kucherov)

But ya basically that team is essentially "non compliant " if this is regular season. Weird stuff. But as I said look.at all the major us leagues. They love cheating lol
