But it's not just ROH, NJPW filmed and angle with him and backed out too earlier this year bc of bad press before it aired. If they thought it was worth it they would have went ahead bc thats just a sunk cost at thay point

I think that supports both of our points. They thought he was worth the initial bad press from the last year to even attempt it, but then got cold feet when it came.

So really a company just has to be willing to bear the heat for a few months and see if it’s worth it.

But anyways, if XPW signs him, I’ll probably throw some money their way depending on if they can get a decent enough supporting roster. There’s enough cancelled wrestlers to easily make a whole promotion with.
