we had a handicap guy that worked there and all he did was mop floors and he'd always yell, "wet in front of the fry station!" whenever he mopped. Always made me laugh
the area you placed the fries on had leftover salt for the previous fries so you had to clean all of that and then dump the new fries and it just took way too long so whenever someone asked for no salt we just internally groaned
I got smart tho, I ended up using those paper liners they put on the plastic trays when you ate inside. I would put them down and put the fries on it so there was a barrier between the salt and the fries. I'm so fucking smart.
