A guy that lives in my state got pulled over 3 times last night and got 2 OWI's.

I’m gonna have my guy, Oleo look into this.

first time he got pulled over he didn't have a license on him so he got a ticket, 2nd time he got an OWI and taken to the station but they were full so he was let go and a few hours later they saw him driving again.

2nd time he had a bud light chelada and a bottle of fireball in the car and was much drunker than the first time.
