I'm actually changing his pic base to 2011-2014 Jeff Jarrett, for a couple reasons. Mainly because Scott Hall wasn't in good shape at that point in his life, but also I think it would be funny if Sr. was Jarrett, and Jr. was Cody Rhodes. After seeing those comparisons in the AEW push thread.
