I'm exhausted from fighting a severe depression spike over the last couple of months, while having to search for a new place with a deadline dangling in front of my face... and I still have nothing signed yet, because it's not clear if I can get the new place with a smaller safety deposit thing, since I can't afford more. So... yea, "amicable" isn't the right word, I think
