The problem is when Charlotte debuted in 2014 or so she was criticized a lot for her looks so she got that first round that gave her her most iconic look, and while she still haters, a lot of people did start fawning over her new look so I'm sure years of people going ape shit over her surgery made body and face caused her to think she needed to do it again when her career began to wind back down and they were getting Rhea groomed. She probably panicked when she was out with injury and thought she needed to look younger or something.
