I've heard that comparisson, like a hybrid of peak TNA with a bunch of WCW fan service cuz we both know big tone is a hardcore WcW mark

I’ve made that comparison myself. It’s why I’ve gravitated to AEW. Especially the WCW fan service because as much I love WCW, but it’s also just a sprinkle. It’s honestly most the second coming of TNA.

Which is hilarious when Impact exists.

But even Jarrett agrees with me that Impact really feels like it became its own separate company.

yeah i havent watched a lot of old stuff but impact feels a lot smaller than tna, and its more a feeder league. nothing wrong with that but its kind of true

I do think their roster is slowly improving though, but its always a waiting the next raid which is always a potential scare
