You ever heard of this Chris? The main actor in Only Fools and Horses voices him. I doubt it has really reached America, but it was a great show. My mom bought them for me when I was younger, but it was more a 90's show.

I figured as much. Wikipedia page says only one season has reached US. If you like David Jason who played Del Boy, then that is more of his work right there.
