I don't know if I have a specific brand of comedy I like most

It depends for me. I definitely can enjoy stand-up that is out of my usual liking, but anything that is sarcastic and dry is most likely to grab me. I also like when I can relate to it as well, offensive comedy is kind of whatever to me.

I only like Rick and Morty comedy now, nothing else can satisfy my IQ level

I agree, it can be good, but too many just to do it for shock factor. Frankie Boyle is a comedian over here who did offensive comedy a lot, funny guy but it got really old.
