I personally think Tenay was better as a play-by-play that was the third guy not overtaking the calls. I mean, I prefer him WCW to TNA for instance. That said, I'm fine with Tenay and Larry if we're back to Tony and Styles on Thunder.

I can't hate on that as TNA in 2005-2008 is my jam.

I thought Tenay just seemed better as the third guy in WCW bc he was the only guy trying to call cruiserweight matches instead of talking about the nwo

I always fucked with Striker as an announcer but he's got a limited style that only works with certain partners
