Yeah I sleep well most nights, I go to sleep and wake up earlier usually. If I sleep too late I feel like shit

I'm considering forcing myself to go to bed earlier and just laying there but not sure it'll work, I get pissed off when I can't get to sleep quick enough. Perhaps that is the problem
