I lost 60 lbs from quitting drinking, going back to being vegetarian, and making sure I mostly eat healthy. Also regular exercising. I went pretty much from tubby dad bad back to being pretty average / skinny ish. Definitely need to tone up, though. >.<;

Whoda thunk not drinking around 10 beers a night would make you lose weight. xD

I got high metabolism so I mostly stay skinny but I start to get a gut if I eat bad and don't work out so I usually just gotta eat healthy or exercise, both would probably be better for me in the long run but one is good enough for now

Yeah it mostly all goes to my gut/hips when I gain weight. My arms, legs, etc stay pretty much the same.

I tried to eat super healthy for a couple months once but ended up not eating enough bc I didn't care for the food and lost too much weight so I said fuck it and started eating solely for taste again and working out and that's been working best for awhile now

I think going all in and trying to do anything to too much exterme or too fast can end up bad. Kinda why crash/fad diets rarely work long term.
