I used to be like that, in fact. When i stopped drinking soda I started to gain weight.

The most I've weighed was like 175 when I was lifting everyday and eating a fuckton of healthy calories lol

Then I stopped working out and I'm down to 155 now

I'm pretty sure it's because the pandemic happened and I've been unemployed for a year now and barely leave the house or my recliner.

I used to walk like 10 miles a day at my job.

I have to eat a ton of calories a day to maintain my weight even when I'm not doing anything, i think I was eating over 3k when I was working out

I weigh more than you Chris, I was 165 yesterday.

How tall are you?

I haven't weighed myself in awhile actually, but I've been 150-155 for a couple years now
