The switch is the tricky one. I have a cheap wired headset that works with all 3 but when the switch is docked I can't really use the wired headset unless i'm like right up on it.

I need one of those wireless ones that come with a dongle but every one i see says like, "works with ps4 and switch NOT XBOX" or vice versa

Oh. Mine is wired anyway. I don’t got a wireless one. Cause I don’t got a switch so I never thought about needing anything for it.
