Only think we're losing is the food in the fridge, but we cooked a ton yesterday and just have that on ice

Last time we lost power it was out for a week

They've made a lot of progress so far though, there was like 2k out yesterday and now it's down to 482 according to the outage map, I'm just worried the damage left is going to take awhile

I had to charge all my stuff at the school because we didn't have any extension cords and only 6 outlets on the generator

Will be watching a lot of rasslin' at work and reading a lot of comics at home for the next few days at least I'm thinking, would be shocked if they were on today or even tomorrow just from seeing how many power lines and poles were down

That was a fan for our two rooms, the fridge, the microwave, and I think my moms charger and mine and my sisters. I could be wrong, it's been 3 years

It's been forever since I've been without power for longer than a day

Wanna say Hurricane Ike in '08 or so

When Rita hit in '05 we were out for a week or so though, maybe something like 10 days

We were only out Saturday and Sunday for Ike and then had school that Monday bc the lights were back on
