Honestly the real reason I can’t sleep is because I can’t shut my mind off. Like I’m laying there and my mind just running at 6163747 mph. I start to think of questions and then I got to end up googling to get the answer to whatever I’m thinking of. But then it’s like oh look at the time I gotta sleep and then I’m like oh my god I’m going to not get much sleep so my minds all over because of that then I finally relax and then I’m not so tired and blah blah blah

My mind hates to shut off as well, at least I usually got to bed wasted, that helps
