It’s not just them. It’s everywhere, and not just that. They try to arrest people for a lot of stuff that’s not a crime. For being on public property and trying to make them leave, for using their right to remain silent also. Saying you HAVE to answer questions. I know to well what you are saying. I've worked with idiots like that. Even had to testify against a few. The questions thing is more of an ego thing, some folks think they have to have the bigger dick.

Someone doesn't want to talk to me, thats fine. I had one guy tell me he wasn't talking to me, so I said fine. After I was done with what I was doing, talking to witnesses, measuring marks, etc, he was found at fault in the wreck. Then he wanted to start asking .e questions. I pointed at my camera and said "Sir, you done told me you didn't want to talk to me, so I'm not going to violate your rights. Have a good night". Got a complaint about that one

I never carry concealed, but what gets my goat is if a Cop sees you have a concealed carry permit and asks if you are carrying.
