I mean I was up and walking around the same day..

I have t-6 through t-10 spinous process fracture. t-8 wedging-possible compression fracture. l1-l2-l3-and l5 tranverse process fracture. and an l5 superior fracture.

My hope is I heal with no long term damage. I have no pain in the lumbar area fractures which to me is the best thing about this.

I think the pain I am experiencing hopefully is just muscle tightness.

I have full range of motion. I can walk. I can turn my head. I don't experience any tingling or numbness.I like to think these are all good things.
