In elementary school it was like a 30 minute lunch and 30-40 minute recess

Outside of school 1 hour lunches should be standard IMO, my school didn't need one but I think 45 would have worked better than 30, the people at the end of thelines would be rushed

At my work we work 8 hour shifts. Two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch.

well my last job technically didn't have breaks but my dep was so dead the majority of my shift was a break
