The easiest way I found to do it was this. Eggs are about 100 calories. I had one boiled egg and one piece of toast for breakfast. For lunch, either 1 1/2 or 2 boiled eggs. For dinner, just eat a smaller than normal portion of whatever.

I have deviled eggs. There are also some low calorie snacks you can do if you feel hungry. Like those 100 calorie packs of almonds. I also had some small cans of V8 juice that are just 30 calories.

I mean, you are going to feel hungry. Because you are eating less calories than you need pretty much. But that is what it takes. Burn more calories than you take in.

This is my tactic too, cut calories and work out more.

When you cut calories just beef up the protein, I go for 1800 cals (2k on gym days) and try and get over 100g protein, have some real bad periods but it mostly works

my friend does one from Freshly, they just deliver food to his door and he microwaves them in like 3 mins.

Yeah I was thinking about that too. I'm not poor like in college anymore but I have way less free time so it'd be nice to have dinner delivered that I could cook in a half hour or so each day :lol
