Let me refute this real quick.1. I went to therapy. Didn’t help AT ALL.2. I took pills. Didn’t help AT ALL3. Facing my fears didn’t help. As it only gave me panic attacks and made stuff worse.I won’t cover 4, as it’s nothing to do with me, but everything else, from my own personal experience didn’t help. What slightly made it better for ME(so not for everyone) is when I started to smoke pot. But even then I’m still not fully functional. I just want you to understand, some of us try, we keep trying. But we’re not lucky enough to figure out what will help and what won’t. You have to understand that, and realize that the way people’s brain is wired is different, and people are going to have different things work for them. Some people go years without finding it, some find it rather easy, some might not ever find it. Just be more respectful and understanding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
