Tho tbh. main reason I would like to be on standard time year round. During what is normally DST, my dad would actually have a better chance of getting to finish races with me when they are night races.

He normally leaves a little after 10 to go to work, and they been night races that end just before 11, or just after 11...which without DST, would be 10. Therefor he would get to finish more.
