When I was 29 I was 198. When I went to Qatar, I was at 265 got down to 220, after they changed my schedule and moved me a mile and a half from my place of work, I got back to 230. I am 6'2" though

Acutally I know I didn't hit 110 until I was in my early teens

Ideal weight for my height is 128-156 lbs.

so technically by that chart I'm just barely "overweight" but you couldn't tell it by looking at me.

I was 6'5" according to my coaches. I was like, no I'm not. They do that
